Louise Norris
Louise is our KFC Youth Foundation Manager; she has been doing that for about 6 years (where does the time go?) and before that she worked for KFC KFC. She has always loved working for KFC but has realised in the last few years that something purposeful is really important to her, she is really passionate about the development of young people and that regardless of background everyone should get the chance at the same opportunities.
Thalia Beaty
Thalia is our Foundation Administrator, and she joined the team in 2021. She has ten years of experience in the charity sector and prior to joining the team here at KFCYF, she has worked with organisation supporting people with disabilities, palliative and respite care as well as those supporting young people with cancer. At the Foundation, Thalia manages our Community Grants Programme, supporting grassroots organisations around the UK with small grants.
Outside of the office, Thalia loves cooking as well as spending time with her two black Labradors, Dexter and Luca.
